Terms and Conditions

Website terms of use for inovativa.cz. Effective from 10 June 2025.

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions (the „Terms") govern the use of the website available at inovativa.cz (the „Website") and the rights and obligations between the Operator and persons who visit or use the Website (the „User").

By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms. If the User does not agree, they must not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website serves to present the Operator, its services and products, and to enable contact with prospective clients.

The information on the Website is of an informative nature and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Inquiries and non-binding nature

Submitting a contact or inquiry form does not create any contractual relationship between the User and the Operator, nor any entitlement to the provision of a service.

Specific cooperation and the provision of services are governed by a separate agreement or order concluded between the Operator and the client.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the Website, in particular texts, graphics, logos, images, source code and their arrangement, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belongs to the Operator or to persons who have granted the Operator the relevant rights.

Without the Operator's prior written consent, the content of the Website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or otherwise used beyond ordinary browsing for personal use.

5. Links to third-party websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Operator is not responsible for their content, availability or the accuracy of the information they contain, and their use is governed by the terms of the relevant operators.

6. Liability and disclaimer of warranties

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website correct and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or freedom from errors.

The Operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, to the extent permitted by law.

The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website, outages or technical errors.

7. Personal data protection

The processing of Users' personal data is governed by the privacy policy available on the Website and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

8. Cookies

The Website uses cookies. Details of their use are set out in the privacy policy, or in a separate cookies policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms at any time. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Website. The version of the Terms in force at the time of use applies to the use of the Website.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and the legal relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.

Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Czech and English versions of these Terms, the Czech version prevails.

These Terms take effect on 10 June 2025.
