You may have come across the term vibe coding. A person describes what they need and AI generates a website, an app or an automation without writing a line of code by hand. Tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable now make this possible for almost anyone.

For companies this is a fundamental change of pace. AI-native development means the whole process is built around artificial intelligence from the start. Ideas that used to take weeks can be tested in hours or days. That brings faster validation, faster iteration and faster reaction to the market.

The speed comes with rules, though. Fast prototypes need to be built with care, with clean data and with a human who checks the output. Otherwise you end up with a pretty demo that falls apart in real operation.
